job functions include but not limited to:
Job Function / Description:
- Escrow
coordination: Working with escrow/title company and inspectors to ensure
transactions can be closed smoothly and on time.
- Responsible
for Newspaper Ads. on a weekly basis.
- Communicating
with clients to schedule appointments.
- Follow
up with potential buyers to get feedback.
- Upload
listing information to the Internet and MLS database.
- Manage
Sales & Marketing promotions.

aggressive, independent full-time loan officer. RMB
provides 30% leads from internal partnership with Next Generation Realty
SVP. In addition, loan officer will also be responsible for soliciting loans from
other resources. Furthermore, working with loan manager to design and carry out sale promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience.
- Strong personal skills and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Detail and goal oriented
- California real estate licensed
